Kforce has a client in Cupertino, CA that is seeking an Electrical Engineer. Electrical Design & Development: * Own schematic design and PCB layout for accessories products, including mixed-signal, power, and digital subsystems * Select and qualify electrical components to meet performance, reliability, and cost targets * Develop prototypes to validate architecture decisions and enable early testing System Integration & Technology Enablement: * Integrate new sensing, haptics, display, and wireless technologies into compact, efficient product architectures * Ensure electrical designs work seamlessly within mechanical and industrial design constraints Validation & Characterization: * Develop and execute test plans to validate electrical performance, signal/power integrity, and system reliability * Conduct bring-up, debug, and performance characterization of prototypes and engineering builds Debugging & Issue Resolution: * Lead root cause analysis of electrical failures across all stages of development * Work closely with firmware and hardware validation teams to resolve system-level issues Factory Support & Build Readiness: Only if applicable to NPI projects * Support prototype builds and NPI efforts with clear documentation, test support, and design updates * Collaborate with operations and product engineering to ensure DFM and production ramp readiness Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with mechanical, firmware, software, and test engineering teams to drive product definition and execution * Communicate technical findings and design trade-offs clearly in cross-functional forums.
