ResponsibilitiesConduct electrical design and design reviews using Revit software.Translate complex electrical engineering concepts into common vernacular for client-facing interactions.Demonstrate grit and urgency to push the team to meet or surpass project timelines.Provide constructive feedback to team members respectfully, ensuring effective communication.Design and implement schematic designs, lighting, and power distribution systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit for electrical design.Professional Engineer (PE) certification.Strong client-facing communication skills.Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in civic design, particularly for prisons, jails, K-12 schools, and the public sector.Familiarity with government projects.Work Environment

You will work on-site five days a week, with occasional site visits required. The standard work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility based on client needs, allowing for variable lunch breaks. The role reports to operations and involves oversight of a small team under 20 people, collaborating with a Lead Electrical Engineer. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
