About the OpportunityOur client, a leading engineering firm recognized for its innovative and collaborative culture, is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their growing team. Role OverviewAs an Electrical Engineer, you’ll support project designers and senior engineers in developing high-performance electrical systems. Your work will focus on system coordination, arc flash mitigation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You’ll conduct site evaluations, review technical documentation, and contribute to the successful delivery of technically demanding projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with design teams to tailor electrical systems to meet client needs and project goals.Conduct on-site surveys and document existing electrical one-line diagrams.Review shop drawings and verify overcurrent protection device sizing and settings.Maintain and contribute to internal design standards, checklists, and best practices.Attend project meetings independently or with senior staff to gather technical requirements.Identify and resolve design and coordination challenges in collaboration with project stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical system design.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Preferred QualificationsExperience with data center and healthcare facility projects.EIT certification is a plus.Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Why Join This Team?Work on high-impact, technically complex projects that shape critical infrastructure.Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering team.Enjoy a hybrid work model with 4 days on-site and Fridays remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
