Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in developing the SLQ-32(V)7 SEWIP BLK3 Low Band Transmit Slat Array, Low Band Receive Slat Array, and High Band Receive Aperture Assembly test stations' hardware interfacing solutions. The role involves creating detailed drawings, developing requirements, integrating systems, and supporting test capability development through the creation of system wiring diagrams.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop hardware interfacing solutions for test stations, including drawings and requirements development.Integrate and prototype hardware solutions for the sustainment of fleet assets.Provide system wiring updates and changes, reviewing these in Cameo systems modeler.Develop wiring diagrams using Solid Edge.Essential Skills5 years experience in hardware interfacing.Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.Experience with wiring diagram development using Solid Edge is preferred.Understanding of electrical and digital circuit concepts and analysis.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.3+ years of experience with PCB design.Experience with electronic circuit design, both analog and digital (mixed signal).Full life cycle electronic development experience.Ability to obtain secret clearance.Experience with Cameo, PCB, and Altium.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Cameo is advantageous.Radar design experience is a plus.Work Environment
Work onsite at a naval base 3-4 times per week. The position involves working in an engineering development office and occasionally in a test lab, within a division comprising over 100 engineers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
