Increase the profile for our customer as a leader in providing motor driven turbo compressorsAttend and lead discussions with clients for rotating equipment proposals during pre-FEED, FEED, firm proposals, or project discussions during executionCreate profit by managing multiple suppliers for transformer, drive, and motor electrical drive systems and mitigating the risk of integrationLead the technical strategy for the electrical drive systems for motor driven compressor opportunitiesPropose optimization of compressor selection with respect to best electrical drive system solutionReview technical specifications and condition supplier quotations to meet these requirements.   

Work Experience
Bachelors of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in electrical systems: This includes experience in the areas of large electrical motors, variable speed drive systems and necessary auxiliary components, e.g., transformers, medium voltage switchgear, synchronizing and protection units.  Market knowledge of rotating electrical machines and associated components (e.g. frequency converters, transformers, cooling systems)Knowledge of power system studies (e.g. sub-synchronous torsional interaction analysis)Experience in leading the technical discussion and personally designing solutions for integrating electrical drive systems for turbo compressors into client electrical infrastructureExtensive technological knowledge in the field of complex electrical drive systems acknowledged by colleagues and other external experts in the field
