General Description

 

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect and analyze input information to understand customer needs and technical requirements. Review project data, design drawings, and technical documentation; verify design principles and clarify any issues with the design team throughout all stages (from concept to construction design). Ensure designs comply with applicable local and international codes and standards. Validate analytical models, calculation spreadsheets, design reports, and drawings in accordance with the company’s quality assurance procedures. Proficient in specialized software such as AutoCAD, Revit (required), and other tools for design and analysis. Coordinate with other designers/ other consultants/ other members to ensure integrated and clash-free designs. Experienced in designing electrical and ELV. Capable of supervising M&E works at construction sites. Experienced in Quantity take-off, quotation making, and obtaining supplier quotations for electromechanical, contracting document and technical documents. Other duties upon request.

 

Operational Responsibilities:

Manage assigned work to meet required progress, quality, and deadlines in line with company procedures. Participate in internal and Customer, partner meetings to ensure smooth operations. Share knowledge and provide internal training to support team development.

 

Business Development

Coordinate with the Business Development team to prepare technical proposals for new project opportunities. Research and propose new technical services in the electromechanical field.

 

Customer’s Care Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to address service-related issues when requested. Ensure high-quality performance to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Reporting Responsibilities:

Provide regular progress reports to line Manager or Clients as required..

 

 

Candidate Profile

University diploma in Electrical field At least 5+ years of experience working in designing Electrical systems. In-depth knowledge of local codes & standards, have knowledge of international (EN) code and standards is a plus Practical experience in designing hotel/industrial/factory building projects
