Role: Electrical Construction Manager
Location: Turek, Poland 

Your role will encompass: Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health & safety, and quality standards. Liaise with project and construction managers to align site progress with program milestones. Proven experience as an Electrical Contruction Manager on CCGT projects. Interface closely with project management and client representatives to resolve technical and any scheduling issues Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications and security protocols. Manage resources on site to ensure efficiency, plan labor and material resources ahead of time, and manage subcontractor labor hours.
What you bring to the role?
  University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering. Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects. Excellent IT skills. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced use of Microsoft office. Excellent use of English Language. Time management. Problem-solving Organizational skills. Critical thinking.
