Job Description The Electrical Component Tester is responsible for evaluating returned electrical components—such as breakers, meters, and controllers—to identify defects as part of the RMA process. This role supports root cause analysis and disposition decisions. Candidates should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong wiring, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. This in-office position collaborates with Field Service and Quality teams to improve testing procedures and equipment reliability. Skills and Requirements • High school diploma or GED required  • 3-4 years writing test procedures and performing software + hardware tests on electrical equipment (breakers, panels, TCP/IP, automatic switches, PLCs, Modbus, power quality meters) Microsoft & ERP proficiency Experience in QA or RMA
