Electrical & Automation Technician

Pay: $36–$42/hour
Shift: Nights, 6PM-6AM/2-2-3 schedule
Are you looking to work with the latest technology?  Do you have a passion for automation?  We’re seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting advanced electrical and instrumentation systems in a modern, clean, and safety-focused industrial facility.
What You’ll Do:

Install, calibrate, and maintain PLC systems (Siemens preferred) and industrial instrumentation Perform preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting Ensure production uptime by supporting electrical and instrumentation operations Interpret electrical designs and contribute to continuous improvement Maintain safety and equipment records in line with company standardsWell Qualified Candidates Will Bring: 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience 2–3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, and instrumentation (Endress+Hauser a plus) Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and operational excellence An ability to work a 2-2-3 scheduleThis position comes with: Competitive pay and benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with up to 6% company match Paid time off (including 12 holidays and parental leave) Education assistance and career development Fitness reimbursement and wellness support Company-provided PPE and safety programs A chance to work with modern equipment in a clean, safe environment
