Our client, a leader in the electrical components industry, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of high-quality electromechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electrical Assembly Technician
**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
**Pay Range:** $23.00 per hour
**Shift:** 1st shift 7 am - 3:30 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
+ Assemble and test electrical components while ensuring quality standards are met.
+ Utilize various hand and measuring tools to complete assembly tasks.
+ Inspect incoming materials and finished products for quality assurance.
+ Document and control non-conforming materials and assist in inventory management.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED required; technical school education is a plus.
+ 1+ years of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and work instructions.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
