**Job Title: Electrical Assembler**** **Pay: $17-18/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. This role involves preparing cable ends using hand tools and cutters, assembling cable components and electro-mechanical devices with precision, and working from detailed instructions and blueprints to adhere to quality assurance guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Prepare cable ends using hand tools and cutters. + Assemble cable components and electro-mechanical devices using hand tools and an electrical screwdriver. + Work from detailed instructions and blueprints, ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance guidelines. + Operate various machines, including crimping and labeling equipment. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly, electrical wiring, and electrical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. + Experience with hand tools and electronic assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in crimping cables is a plus. + Soldering skills are an advantage. + Good attendance record. + Understanding of assembly drawings, bill of materials, and written work instructions. + Ability to distinguish different colors in multi-conductor cables. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy an annual pay review every January and benefit from an excellent benefits policy.
