Be involved in exciting and original projects
You will be planning, designing, and overseeing projects, as well as managing finances and supervising one or more engineering teams. The level requires a combination of skills and knowledge including engineering expertise, personnel management, leadership skills, and financial and business acumen to deliver commercially sound products or services by setting and meeting project goals and objectives.
As a Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating a team of engineers and will be responsible for the good results of the relevant engineering deliverables and activities.
Planning and controlling the relevant activities and preparing the workload of personnel belonging to the relevant team, highlighting to the Engineering Director any potential need of additional employee to be included in the relevant team.
Selecting and assigning the relevant Discipline Leader and other technical specialists to the required project by dividing the relevant engineering activities between internal and external resources.
Supporting the relevant Discipline Leader assigned to the project by incorporating the requirements included in the Contract and relevant technical annexes.
Verifying periodically with the Discipline Leader the progress of the job in terms of technical development and the current number of manhours spent in order to verify compliance with the available budget.
Attending the relevant Kick of Meeting at the project start-up, together with the technical assigned specialists.
Cooperating with the Proposal department in the preparation of technical offer by preparing the estimated activities for the engineering services.
Being an Agent for growth through nurturing talent ,coaching and defining training plan based on team needs
Cooperating with Procurement department for vendor qualification process and for Test and inspection activities of any potential critical supply.

To be successful in this role you will:
Be a Graduate in Electrical or Automation and Control Engineering.
Have deep knowledge in the typical EPC Engineering and Contractors company work process.
Have deep expertise and competences in Instrumentation and Control sector.
Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
Be able to demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
