This Position reports to:
Service Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Sales Support team and adapt and implement sales support strategy for the designated area. Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring they are in line with ABB standards and targets.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Creating, implementing, and reviewing local sales support strategy.
Defining key targets for customer support and ensuring those are achieved.
Assigning and allocating internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
Identifying the most suitable approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) that can be applied to better serve the customer.
Qualifications for the role
You have 3/5 years of experience in team management and in overseeing operations in low and medium voltage systems.
You have established technical skills, a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams towards high-performance outcomes and you possess an enhanced knowledge of low/medium voltage system.
You are passionate about leadership development and technical problem solving, constantly seeking innovative approaches to improve system efficiency and team performance.
Degree in electrical engineering (or related field), and have a demonstrated track record in managing field operations and delivering results under pressure.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, ensuring effective collaboration in multilingual work environments.
