**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** Weekend Shift **Description:** **An Opportunity to Join our Remarkable Care** **EKG Technician** **in the** **Noninvasive Cardiology** **Department awaits YOU!!!!** **GENERAL SUMMARY:** Ensures the correct identification of the patient and works independently to prioritize orders according to established standards. Performs standard 12-lead electrocardiograms according to department protocol and independently augments leads as appropriate to ensure accurate diagnostic results. Performs a variety of operational duties relative to completion of timely services including appropriate charging, charting results and data management. Is responsible for the maintenance and care of electrocardiograph equipment and ensures optimal supplies.
