Responsabilidades Clave

Dirigirás 4-6 promotores y asesores de ventas en la industria ferretera.

Asegurarás el diseño y cumplimiento del plan comercial a través del liderazgo y con clientes importantes.

Supervisarás las actividades de ventas, atención al cliente y gestión de recursos financieros.

Analizarás la información y tomarás decisiones estratégicas.

Desarrollarás estrategias comerciales.

Cualificaciones

Licenciatura completa con un (campos relacionados).

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares (preferiblemente en el canal ferretero).

Dominio del uso del PC, incluido Microsoft Office (nivel intermedio: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos y presentaciones en PowerPoint).

Dominio de plataformas de informes de ventas mediante dispositivos móviles.
