Sumaremos a nuestro equipo un Ejecutivo de Ventas con visión estratégica y pasión por el desarrollo de nuestras categorías!
Esta posición tiene como misión impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra distribución numérica y participación de mercado en CDMX, Estado de México, Oaxaca, Puebla, Veracruz, Tabasco y la Península de Yucatán.
Tendrás un rol clave liderando la ejecución en punto de venta en colaboración con los equipos de nuestras cuentas estratégicas, desarrollando herramientas de visibilidad comercial, definiendo KPIs que marquen el rumbo del negocio y gestionando eficientemente recursos de trade marketing y cartera, enfocado a resultados, cumpliendo nuestras políticas comerciales.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Definir e implementar estrategias comerciales y planes para alcanzar los objetivos de venta en cuentas clave de la región asignada.
+ Negociar y gestionar la venta con clientes en CDMX, Estado de México, Oaxaca, Puebla, Veracruz, Tabasco y la Península de Yucatán, asegurando una ejecución estratégica del punto de venta.
+ Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas enfocadas en detallistas para aumentar la distribución numérica, potenciar categorías y acelerar el crecimiento del Share.
+ Establecer indicadores que permitan identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en participación de mercado, con enfoque en el Route to Market de detallistas.
+ Coordinar a los equipos de ventas de los clientes para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los planes estratégicos.
+ Supervisar al equipo de merchandising para implementar exhibiciones efectivas que impulsen la distribución numérica, ponderada y Share off Spaces.
+ Diseñar herramientas de visibilidad comercial que reflejen la cobertura de marca, distribución en puntos de venta y oportunidades de expansión.
+ Administración de Trade Funds, recuperación y conciliación de cartera con alta disciplina y el apego total a políticas comerciales

**What we look for:**
+ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas, preferentemente en empresas de consumo masivo.
+ Conocimiento comprobable en manejo de distribuidores dentro de la industria de abarrotes o retail.
+ Sólidas habilidades de negociación para gestionar la demanda y construir relaciones comerciales sostenibles a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
+ Enfoque en resultados, con experiencia en la conducción de revisiones de negocio trimestrales.
+ Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para fortalecer la colaboración con clientes y equipos internos.
+ Conocimiento de la zona geográfica asignada para desarrollar estrategias comerciales alineadas al mercado local.
+ MS Office avanzado
+ Ingles Intermedio
