ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Establish routine meetings to review current change request.
+ Review change’s information and documentation for completeness and proper understanding of the request. This could include the use of the SAP system.
+ Coordinate the execution of the activities listed in this procedure at site level for the change request: such as holding a meeting with other functions to review the changes, define risk assessment, action and validation plan to mitigate the risk
+ Record the change request on site tracker to monitor from receipt of all change information through closure of the change after implementation.
+ Determine which team members are required to review the change
+ Complete the Change Coordinator portion of the Impact and Ready for Production Checklist.
+ Identify potential risks of our function based on the proposed change as well as defining and implementing risk mitigation actions to eliminate those risks.
+ Stop the change implementation process and escalate to the Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Managers if actions are not implemented
+ Generate a cost impact within the Financial Impact Analysis tool for change request.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
+ Preferable Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical - Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management.
+ Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience.
+ Bachelor Degree with GPA > 7.0/10 is preferable.
+ Fluency in English written and spoken.
+ Microsoft Office proficiency.
