Job DescriptionWhat We're looking for
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Lead to take ownership of our Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) offering. This is a senior role that blends product strategy, governance, and cross-functional leadership — ideal for someone with experience in financial services and a passion for building products that deliver value and impact.
You’ll work closely with our Co-Head of Retail and other senior leaders to shape the future of our EIS proposition, ensuring it remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with investor needs.
What you’ll do
Own the EIS Product Strategy: Lead the development, evolution and lifecycle management of our EIS product line.Drive Product Governance: Build and maintain robust governance frameworks across our investment products, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and investment teams to deliver seamless product oversight.Engage Stakeholders: Act as the go-to expert for EIS and product governance, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to keep our products future-fit.Champion the Customer: Ensure our products are designed with transparency, clarity and investor value at their core.Continuously Improve: Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, governance processes and operational efficiency.QualificationsEssential Experience:
Proven experience in product management or product governance within financial services.Exposure to EIS or other tax-advantaged investment products (e.g. VCTs, BR) is essential.Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery.Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex product portfolios.Analytical thinking and attention to detail.Desired Experience:
