Responsibilities

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager an exciting role has been available within Liebherr Australia’s Components Division to support its continued growth.

Working as part of a small team this is a wildly varied, diverse, and hands-on sales & service focussed administrative support role.  As a closely valued member the Components team, you will be an integral part of the growth program for this division.

Duties

General administrative sales & service support Day to day customer order processing and invoicing Customer account setup up and management Support the preparation of quotes and presentations for new and existing customers Stock control and parts ordering/requests Logistics tracking and management Establish and maintain effective information, filing and data systems Stock control, reporting and parts ordering/requests Warranty processing Other administrative and approval requirements. (E.g., expense forms, purchase orders, standard approval forms, mail, debtor follow-up) Assisting with Customer queries Support components sales and service strategy both externally and internally Assist in all other areas of Components Administration as required Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the Administration process Reman Administration including the co-ordination of Core Returns, record keeping and costs tracking Experience

Skills & Experience

Experience with the Liebherr administrative systems (BAAN/LISA desirable) Previous experience in in Business or a related field Team player Able to use initiative Identification and resolution of potential issues Experience in Attention to detail Strong communication skills What we Offer
