Key responsibilities and main tasks:
- reports to the Area Manager and the Assistant to the Area Manager for maintenance work
- reports to the Field Engineer for quality control activities.
- He is responsible in his specialty and in his area of intervention for the execution of construction work and services according to the established programs.
- He/she directly supervises the subcontractors, immediately takes the necessary corrective actions in the event of a discrepancy with the HSE SITE PLAN, quality procedures, schedules and informs the area manager.
- It applies the HSE PLAN.
- He participates in the drafting of work permits and special permits.
- It verifies that the Companies are working with the documents under good review.
- He prepares the orders for additional and additional work.
- He/she supervises and controls the outputs of equipment, e.g.: piping, cables, instrumentation, with the Equipment Manager.
- He examines the detailed schedules of the Companies.
- It monitors the progress reported by the Companies.
- It verifies the information reported on the "as-built" documents.
- Prepares and supervises punch work lists.
- He participates in weekly meetings with subcontractors and suppliers:
-advancement
-quality
-security
and daily during the shutdown work.
- It provides the necessary technical assistance to companies, especially in the Engineering/Production interface.
- He reports every evening on the progress of the work on each intervention sheet or range. He may be assisted by an agent of the Companies, but he remains responsible for the report.
- He organizes the work according to the instructions of the Zone Chief.
- He controls the daily reports of the workforce present on site and reports to the zone manager.
- He writes feedback.
The experience shall include:
? Minimum 10 years of experience in revamp/retrofit projects
? Strong expertise in piping work preparation and monitoring
? Experience with work acceptance documentation and quality control follow-ups
? Skilled in managing quality acceptance processes
? Proficient with IT tools and industrial databases
