ERM, the worlds largest pure play sustainability consultancy, is looking for a talented Stakeholder Manager in Capital Project Delivery. You’d sit at our Managing Consultant career level which is in between Senior and Principal Consultant. Hybrid working is available from any of our 16 UK offices, although you’ll be best connected with your team if based in Manchester, Bristol or London.
Manage programmes of stakeholder engagement on DCO infrastructure projects, including scope and budgetHelp manage Impact Assessments (e.g. Environmental Impact Assessments, Community Impact Assessments, Socio-Economic Assessments, Health Impact Assessments)Work closely with wider Capital Project Delivery team Project Managers, EIA managers and Planners to ensure alignment with consenting requirementsLead stakeholder engagement interface with clients and provide advice around consultation activitiesReport writing and production of materials to support engagement and consultation activities e.g. plans, consultation materials and summary reportsUndertake engagement with project stakeholders across local authorities, government, statutory and non-statutory bodiesContribute to business development activities including proposals, client presentations, and technical marketing initiativesEssential skills
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Environmental, EIA, Planning, Sustainability, ESGExperienced with UK Infrastructure Projects and Impact AssessmentsKnowledge of UK planning regimes e.g. TCPA, solid DCO experience is essentialExperience working in a Consultancy environmentStrong project management experience and skills including scopes of work and budgetsComfortable and confident engaging with all types of stakeholders, including client and attending village hall meetings with communitiesExcellent report writing and presentation skillsResearch, analytical and inter-personal skills with diligent attention to detailWhy join ERM?
