Air Products is one of the key investors and partners in what refers to development of the innovation driven production facilities in Uzbekistan. In 2023, the Company invested $1 billion in the development of the gas chemical industry of Uzbekistan that reduces harmful emissions into the atmosphere, strengthens energy self-sufficiency and availability of clean fuel.

You will launch your career through three different assignments (one year each). The rotational assignments are crafted to develop your technical and professional skills, accelerate your learning, test your creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills throughout your rotations, and get a better understanding of your areas of interest, strengths, and career aspirations.

Who Are We Seeking?

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – a Graduate for EHS Trainee (background in Environmental Science, Technosphere Safety/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Process/Electro Engineering,)A recent graduate or someone who graduated within last two (2) years or someone in the final year of their university studies.Pursuing or holding a MSc degree in: Environmental Science, Technosphere Safety Mechanical/Chemical/Process/Electro Engineering .Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless engagement with diverse teams across Uzbekistan and Europe.Active participation in a variety of activities and demonstration of leadership qualities.Willingness to relocate for each rotatio. Flexibility to travel as required to fulfill the responsibilities of each rotation.Possess a healthy ambition, adaptability, a good level of self-reflection and a can-do attitude.Uzbek/Russian speaker who also can communicate in English (at least strong B2 level)Driver's licence would be a great advantage.
