YOUR ROLE

As EHS Supervisor on our team, you will: Collaborates in the management of industrial, environmental, and asset safety, monitors corrective actions resulting from activities within their area of ​​control, and is responsible for publicizing the company's safety, environmental, and asset programs. Evaluates the safety aspects of new, modified, and transferred machinery and equipment. Develops, coordinates, and implements the environmental program.

In your daily job you will:

Extensive knowledge of EHS legal requirementsExperience in implementing and monitoring ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CLEAN INDUSTRYControl of Chemical Products and Hazardous WastePreparation of RAsAccident/incident investigation and coordination of Brigades and CSHConducting tours to identify hazards and monitor PPEControlling requirements for forklifts and driversValidating the equipment to be used by workers and contractors before any hazardous workCoordinating EHS activities across departmentsReleasing new areas and machineryCoordinating monthly management review meetings for EHS metricsCoordinating improvement projects for machinery and equipmentEHS training programsExperience in property security, CCVKnowledge of CTPAT

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Industrial, environmental, or related engineering3–5 years of experience as EHS supervisorExperience with government procedures and plant closures (essential)Intermediate to advanced EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office
