Where You’ll Make a Difference Support and ensure compliance with site policies and permits for high-risk activities (e.g., lockout tagout, working at height, confined space entry, hot work, electrical work).Maintain a compliant permit-to-work program with effective planning and approval processes.Manage or support contractor prequalification, onboarding, training, and inspection programs aligned with EHS standards.Participate in capital project design reviews to ensure EHS considerations during design, construction, and commissioning.Support site emergency response plans, coordinate with local fire departments, and lead drills and exercises.Conduct internal and corporate audits to verify EHS compliance with policies and regulations.Support external audits, inspections, and certifications related to EHS management systems.Facilitate risk assessments for specific areas and tasks, collaborating with leaders to implement appropriate controls.Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on EHS-related actions and improvements
What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.ASP, CSP or equivalent certifications preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in site EHS programs, EHS compliance auditing or inspections and interaction with regulatory agencies.Proficiency in spoken and written English
