What You Will Do

Enforcing compliance with requirements for safe and healthy working conditionsMaintaining and actively participating in the development of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015)Supporting and operating the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018)Liaising and coordinating with authorities and partners related to the activityInspecting the commissioning of new equipment and machineryDeveloping EHS training materials and conducting training sessionsRepresenting EHS topics during internal and external auditsContinuously monitoring EHS legislation and changes, applying them as necessary, informing related departments, and verifying complianceInvestigating workplace accidents and managing corrective and preventive actions systematicallyDeveloping EHS procedures and work instructionsMonitoring designated KPIs and executing necessary data collectionSupervising waste management and ensuring compliance with legal regulationsManaging and keeping the chemical database up to dateParticipating in the management and supervision of the factory access control system

What You Need to Be Successful

Higher education in environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, occupational safety engineering, or an equivalent fieldIntermediate-level occupational safety qualificationAt least 1–3 years of work experience in a similar fieldEnglish language skills at a communicative level  

Bonus Points if You Have

Especially intermediate or higher-level environmental protection qualificationHigher-level occupational safety qualificationFire safety instructor or senior instructor certificationInternal auditor certification for ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
