EHS and Quality Manager
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and oversee the Quality and EHS Departments within the site.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Support the development of EHS and technical safety, vision, goals and programsBudget responsibility for the site EHS DepartmentEstablish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an EHS Management System according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Conduct site wide training for EHS & QualityUnderstanding of Company Quality Mission and specific laboratory QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventative actions. Support and actively participate in Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar company programs. Assures that documented methods are always followed.Create training plan and schedule for all personnel in all required methods including required QC/ QA.What is required for this role:
