1. Report to EH&S Manager timely and correctly for safety issues in Vietnam/Cambodia operations.

2. Develop and implement annual EHS plan but not limited to develop and collaboration to complete approval of other EH&S policies and procedure in order comply with Global EHS standards as well as local law requirements.

3. Inspect, audit and follow up the corrective actions of failures at installation/service jobsite at Vietnam/Cambodia.

4. Co-operate with relevant department and report to EH&S Manager in order adapt with local law requirements for daily activities at the site / offices.

5. To assist in the delivery of Safety induction classroom training for new employees and subcontractors including annual EH&S refresher training.

6. To conduct site safety training as well as coordinate Otis initiated Safety campaign related training topics.

7. To promote EH&S program and create safety awareness (Weekly TBM communication, Safety Alerts, etc.).

8. Conduct the incidents investigation, provide/advise proper corrective action and preventive solutions if any.

9. In-charge of permanent member of EHS Committees for Vietnam/Cambodia operations on a monthly basis (safety performance of direct Staff, Subcontractor, status of Inspection and Audit, Incident Investigation, Recognition and Disciplinary) and ensure implementing plan and follow up with keeping records.

10. Act as EH&S lead on training and audit policies and procedure for installation and service jobsites as per global policy and Vietnam safety law. Provide input, analysis and audit records/result to complete summary of report for further following the findings / corrective actions enclosed.

11. Monitoring High-Risk Equipment from NE FOD, SVC FOD according to Local Safety Regulation code (monitor the testing, maintenance, and verification).

12. Manage PPE stock to ensure the PPE is distributed timely and correctly based on company Policy.

13. Ensures that jobsites are safe and zero accidental based on EH&S standards for preventive actions of the company.

14. Identifies all safety and environmental incidents and conducts/follows up corrective actions to analyze to prevent re-occurrence.

15. Updates all EHS documentation/procedure internally within company and externally for government agencies but not limited to:

Collect and consolidate toolbox talk, training records and reports.

Learn and Live, Safety Alert, STKY, Significant safety event and other safety documents translation into Vietnam.

Collect and consolidate EHS dashboard, documents related FPA, Prestart program & FFA.

Revise and update new format of EHS procedure follow up guidance of EH&S Manager.

Update Otis Vietnam training needs and plan.

Monthly update into EHS Smart system (FSI, Incident status, Working Hours, FPA & Prestart inspection, Km travel and Moto Vehicle status).

Tracking documents related based behaviors safety program as part of improve safety cultural at Otis Vietnam.
