Your mission
As EHS Manager, you will lead the Environment, Health, and Safety function on a high-profile data center construction site across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. You will be responsible for shaping and enforcing a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with local and international standards, and guiding a team of EHS Supervisors to successfully implement the EHS strategy. Your mission will directly contribute to the health, safety, and environmental integrity of this hyperscale project.

Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certification EHS Level 1 mandatory Relevant professional certifications such as VCA VOL are highly desirable. Significant experience in a similar EHS management role on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centers or high-hazard environments. In-depth knowledge of Belgian EHS laws; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus. Proven ability to develop and implement EHS procedures and delegate effectively. Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation. Experience delivering impactful EHS training programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable. Experience with G Suite and working in international project environments is an asset.
