Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee and manage company-wide compliance programs. This role is responsible for ensuring all operations meet regulatory requirements, including those set by OSHA, EPA, and TEQC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental compliance, safety program development, and regulatory management.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies and procedures across the organizationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, TEQC)Maintain all required registrations, permits, and reporting with regulatory agenciesConduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actionsProvide employee training and leadership support on safety and environmental best practicesLead investigations into safety incidents and implement corrective measuresAct as the company’s primary contact with regulatory agencies


Work Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (Master’s preferred)Proven experience as an EHS Manager or in a senior-level EHS roleStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TEQC compliance requirementsDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain compliance programsProfessional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
