We offer innovative solutions and proven technologies for space, energy, military and aviation customers around the globe. **What you will be doing:** The EHS Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of environmental health and safety programs across two facilities in the Hunt Valley area. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations, manages safety inspections and hazardous waste protocols, and leads training on emergency response and hazardous materials. The EHS Manager partners across departments and regulatory agencies to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Lead EH&S initiatives at two TESI locations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations. + Develop, implement, and update EH&S policies and procedures, including chemical safety, ergonomics, injury prevention, and building safety. + Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations; perform regular site audits and address discrepancies. + Chair the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Safety Committee. + Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions. + Maintain all environmental and regulatory compliance permits and complete required reporting. + Promote a safe work environment through proactive initiatives, hazard mitigation, and employee engagement. + Track, report, and analyze EH&S metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. + Deliver and oversee EH&S training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing compliance topics. + Supervise and mentor a small EH&S team (1–2 direct reports), including performance management and development. **Qualifications:** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment. + At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience. **Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:** + In-depth knowledge of EH&S program design, training, auditing, and compliance. + Proficient in assessing workplace hazards and implementing control strategies. + Experienced in environmental compliance, OSHA regulations, and safety training delivery. + Familiarity with lockout/tagout, machine guarding, hazard communication, fire safety, and emergency planning. + Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to drive cultural change and solve complex issues. + Candidate must be a US citizen. + Candidate is required to either hold an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. **What we offer:** + Exciting opportunity to grow your career + Competitive Salary + An employee focused culture + Flexible schedules that support work/life balance + Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans + 401K with match + Stock purchasing options + Employee Wellness Stipend + Tuition Reimbursement and opportunities to upskill **Salary Range:** $114,800.00-$153,100.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
