• Management Systems:
Maintain and promote systems like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
Manage system portals and websites.
Support internal and external audits, including management reviews.
• EHS Compliance & Audits:
Assist with EHS audits from authorities, corporate teams, customers, and third parties.
Ensure compliance with EHS laws, regulations, and Danfoss standards.
• Risk Assessment & Planning:
Identify EHS risks for new products, equipment, and processes.
Prepare reports like Environmental Impact Assessments, Safety Reports, and Occupational Health Reviews.
Develop EHS action plans, including PPE and safety measures.
• Inspections & Contractor Management:
Conduct regular EHS inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Approve special work permits (e.g., hot work, confined spaces).
• Health & Hygiene:
Organize health check-ups and support HR with employee medical exams.
Manage public hygiene and report on related risks.
• Waste & Chemicals:
Supervise waste management (hazardous waste, water, emissions, noise).
Oversee chemical usage, MSDS preparation, and compliance with Danfoss standards.
• Reporting & Emergencies:
Prepare EHS reports (e.g., annual environmental reports, fire safety).
Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
Manage and train the Emergency Action Team (EAT).
• Incidents & Training:
Handle EHS incident reporting and investigations.
Provide EHS training for employees and act as an internal trainer.
• Continuous Improvement:
Collect and report EHS KPIs, and track progress.
Support EHS projects and initiatives across the campus.
Background & Skills
•University Degree in an Engineering/Technology, safety, fire management, environment management, or quality management
•Above 3 years mechanical industry relevant experiences on EHS
•With ISO system background and quality management and improvement mind sets
•With ISO 14001,and ISO 45001 internal auditor certificate
•With Good knowledge of EHS laws, guidelines, methods and processes
•With investigation skills to analysis incident and determine root cause
•With Strong training skill
•With strong communication skill with whole level of the organization and in different situation
•Initiative and Proactive to make things happen and completed
•With good MicroSoft office skills
•Good oral and written English
