Your Role：
Be responsible for safety management in Wuxi plant.
Be responsible for chemical management in Wuxi plant.
Be responsible for related EHS procedures and SOP draft.
Be responsible for contractor and security management.
Be responsible for emergency responsible and firefighting management.
Organize relevant department to conduct risk assessment.
Be responsible for EHS training.
Establish and implement related EHS system, e.g. ISO45001 safety standardization and so on, and passed the audits by local authorities or 3rd qualified organizations.
Well know Chinese EHS regulations, liaise with local authorities to fully comply with the regulations and government requirements. 
Join in Incident prevention, investigation and improvement actions tracking.
Participate in site EHS audit / inspection and ensure al the improvement actions closed as plan.
Other tasks which were assigned by manager.
Experience in the \"three simultaneous\" approval process for industrial and trade enterprises

Who you are：
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Choice 1: major in safety engineer or chemical related.
Choice 2: other related major and have medium-grade professional title or certificated safety engineer on chemical.
Working Experience:
At least 3 years EHS working experience in multinational chemical or pharmaceutical company.
Experienced in chemical management.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Good English both in oral and written.
State Certified safety engineer is preferred
Good experiences of MS office excel and word, SAP is preferred.
