**We are searching for the best talent for Payroll Supervisor.**
**Purpose:**
Is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a safe work environment, and minimize environmental impact. The role involves assessing risks, conducting audits, and collaborating with various teams to integrate sustainable and safe practices into daily operations.
**You will be responsible for** **:**
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
+ Assist in the design, development, and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
+ Conduct inspections and risk assessments at facilities.
+ Monitor compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
+ Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
+ Support training campaigns and awareness initiatives related to EHS for all staff.
+ Prepare reports, documentation, and records related to EHS management, and assist in regulatory audits.
+ Work with other departments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce risks and environmental footprints.
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives regarding risk management and safety culture.
+ Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
+ Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
+ For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
+ Performs other duties assigned as needed
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
Experience and education
+ Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Health and Safety Engineering, or related field.
+ Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in medical devices industries
+ Knowledge of local and international preferred (OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA) EHS regulations.
+ Strong leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills.
+ Relevant certifications such as ISO 45001 (preferred).
+ Ability to perform risk analysis and incident management.
+ Result-oriented with excellent teamwork skills.
