Identify company risk sources and formulate control measures in accordance with government laws and regulations and Magna EHS policies to strictly prevent safety, environmental accidents, and occupational diseases.Collaborate with MIC, government, and third-party institutions (e.g., ISO) for various audits, ensure timely rectification and closure of audit issues, sustain continuous improvement, and avoid reductions in safety and environmental performance, government penalties, or revocation of system certificates. Regularly upload and update information on Magna HSELinx system and government websites.Organize monthly EHS meetings, and regularly report to management on the completion of EHS indicators, encountered issues, and required resources.Proactively design various EHS activities to enhance employees' EHS awareness and create a corporate culture of "Safety First, Prevention First".Conduct monthly 5S/EHS inspections (including workshops, office areas, and staff dormitories), regularly update EHS board information, interpret and promote laws and regulations. Organize monthly inspections of company safety facilities (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, sprinkler systems, etc.), and annual environmental and safety tests.Conduct quarterly ergonomic assessments and improvements, and collaborate with MIC for ergonomic audits and inspections.Communicate EHS requirements during new project phases, including risk point identification and data collection, and submit documents to relevant government departments for declaration and completion acceptance.Deliver EHS training, including new employee onboarding training, annual safety training, contractor entry training, etc., and regularly update training materials.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above.Strong communication skills with government departments and excellent learning ability.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
