Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Main Responsabilities:** + Be a EHS ( Environmental, Health & Safety ) influencer in our operations.Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations, as well as adherence to Company Standards.Lead & Manage EHS Master PlanIdentify and mitigate future risks and liabilities while responding to evolving regulatory requirements.Provide leadership and allocate resources necessary to implement and achieve Colgate-Palmolive’s EHS Policy, Standards, Principles, and Goals.Review and follow up on our operations to ensure alignment with EHS standards and government regulations.Actively participate in training, audits, and compliance initiatives related to corporate standards.Demonstrate leadership and support the continuous improvement of Health & Safety Management Systems (SG-SST).Manage & Develep the sustainability strategy & oversee water and waste reduction programs.Advise on, track, and investigate accident and incident reports, ensuring the development and execution of corrective action plans.Organize and participate in monthly EHS meetings, monitor EHS KPIs, and report on progress.Conduct and review EHS self-assessments and facilitate external audits.Lead EHS campaigns and periodic safety communications.Perform hygienic measurements of physical risks, such as noise, lighting, and heat, and conduct workplace and task assessments.Analyze trends in incidents and accidents, support Focus Factory strategy development, and ensure the timely closure of audit and assessment findings (self-assessments, environmental inspections, machine guarding, etc.).Coordinate water waste treatment plant activities and support the implementation of policies and standards at the site and local levels.Assist with engineering projects related to EHS and ensure constant alignment with the EHS Technicians Strategy. **Education & Qualifications:** + A degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related fields + Give presentation (spanish - english) & participate in divisional meetings. + Intermediate or Advanced level of English + 2 to 3 years of experience as EHS + Certification in an occupational health and safety management system **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
