ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Program DescriptionParticipants in the Environmental, Health & Safety Leadership Program take part in a structured development experience located at a manufacturing facility. The nominal program duration is 24 months. During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including:
EHS Management Systems understanding and implementation
EHS procedure/policy development and implementation
EHS Training Development and Delivery
EHS Regulatory process
EHS Project Management
People Leadership and Influence
Manufacturing process knowledge
Selection Criteria
A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
Ability to lead projects and develop project plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completion of the EHS LP Program
