YOUR ROLE
As an EHS Coordinator on our team, you’ll:
Management Systems:
Support on the implementation and follow up of EHS management systems, considering the international standards, EHS Policy, legal requirements, customer requirements and others that the organization subscribes.Support on the implementation and follow up of Aptiv proceduresSupport on system’s enhancement and continuous improvement.Participate in the definition of awareness communication, internal and external, about the policy, objectives and action plans.Support the preparation and follow up on Corporate auditsSupport on ensuring timely closure of Corporate findings (MAPs)Participate on LWDC investigations and preparation of safety bulletins on siteSupport on ensuring timely response of monthly environmental metrics and monthly safety metricsSupport preparation of external and internal auditsSupport on ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 certification processesSupport the deployment of training programs driven by corporateFocus on Leading Indicators (ex: training)Support on the execution and proper management of change of Environmental aspects and impacs identification and evaluation and occupational H&S risk assessmentSupport on the implementation and follow up of the Eemergency Response PlanSupport on the implementation and follow up of the Outbreak PlanSupport on the implementation and track of SOTsSupport the execution of the Plan for ZeroUnderstanding of sustainability and the carbon neutrality objectives and related activitiesOperational Control:
Support on the implementation of look across processSupport on ensuring compliance with the requirements and execution of the different management routines associated with the following:Waste managementIndustrial Hygiene (chemical, PPE, Radiation, Noise, Laser, Asbestos, Lead, etc.)Confined spacesFall hazardsContractors controlPIV and Pedestrian SafetyErgonomicsMachine safety, LockoutWater and wastewaterAir qualityVisitors orientationYOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Occupational Health and Safety Engineer & Environmental Engineer education with Fire Safety technician educationISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001 internal auditor certificateExperience in completing environmental declarations / experience in occupational health, safety and fire safety responsibilitiesMultinational company experience, minimum 3 years experience in a production environment (automotive is advantage)Fluent in EnglishWHY JOIN US?
