Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start your career in Environmental, Health, and Safety? Do you want to join a global food manufacturing company that values employee health and safety? We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an EHS Coordinator to join our team, where you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Conduct routine EHS inspections and risk assessments within our operations.

Support and lead investigations.

Coordinate and conduct EHS training programs for team members.

Liaise with operational team members to develop return to work programs and periodically check in with injured workers.

Maintain records and documentation related to our EHS programs and initiatives, including training, audits, and inspection reports.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and Food Safety Quality teams to ensure EHS practices are integrated into daily operations.

Assist the EHS and Utilities Managers in the development and implementation of sustainability and environmental initiatives, including waste reduction and energy efficiency programs.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external EHS audits.

Participate in safety committee meetings and lead initiatives that drive a proactive safety culture.

Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.

About You:

Strong time management, verbal communication and written communication skills.

Qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety, or working towards a qualification (Essential)

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)

Qualifications or experience working with safety databases & systems (e.g. 9001, 45001, or 14001) (Desirable)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
