Join us if you relish the challenge of shaping the future of global manufacturing with your expertise. **Your responsibilities** + Perform incident investigations, root cause analysis, and support implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance with the EHS Management System (EHS MS) requirements. + Perform EHS MS, OSHA and Reckitt Standard program verification audits and lead implementation and tracking of corrective actions to completion. + Maintain documentation, develop and update SOP and training programs to ensure facility compliance with all current federal, state, local and corporate EHS requirements. + Serve as a backup for Environmental duties including hazardous waste collection, waste disposal management, spill clean-up and abatement. + Other duties may be assigned as needed. **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor’s Degree in EHS (or technical field) with a minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a highly regulated industry, including manufacturing and/or chemical laboratory safety experience preferred. + Professional certification in an EHS related area (e.g., CSP, CIH, PE, CHMM, Industrial Wastewater Operator, Radiation Officer) or ability to obtain preferred. + Experience working with Management Systems (ISO, VPP or QS) or leading a facility's Environmental Health & Safety Management System. + Demonstrated skills in leading problem solving utilizing continuous improvement metrics, tools and methodologies; conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions and hazard identification. + Must be able to build relationships with and influence cross functional teams at multiple levels within the company including peers, campus workforce, management team, site EHS/OHS resources, health care professionals, and outside agencies. + Self-motivated to solve problems and drive implementation of corrective actions. **_This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time._** **The skills for success** Supply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship management, Business acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced analytics, Data analytics, Manufacturing excellence. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
