About you and this role
We are seeking the nextEH&S Delivery Leaderfor our location inArdmore, OKwith additional oversight at our location inArab, AL. As the EH&S Delivery Leader, you will oversee the implementation of the EH&S management system within the assigned client organization, in order to ensure that the business/site/hub objectives are met and the license to operate is maintained. You define EH&S staffing and other resource needs and leads or influences the EH&S team to achieve effective EH&S management system implementation. Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion. As a leader, foster a work environment with a high level of integrity and strong customer and safety focus that embraces inclusion and diversity, innovation and sustainability, continuous improvement and empowerment.
Responsibilities
+ Own and implement the site/hub EH&S people work processes, tools and procedures and ensure effective execution in order to attain and maintain an effective EH&S organizational support structure.
+ Drive cost-effective implementation of EH&S systems through standard work processes, common systems, collaboration with Company expertise groups, appropriate role assignment and training.
+ Coach employees in EH&S roles and identify opportunities to leverage EH&S resources, technicians, empowered teams.
+ Translate the needs of the EH&S leadership into a comprehensive action plan with clients.
+ Drive implementation and maintenance of the work processes necessary within the client's organization to ensure compliance with local and country environmental, health, and safety legal requirements and the Company internal requirements.
Qualifications
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degreeorrelevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant (PO2/Sgt) Military ranking required.
+ At least 6 years of EH&S, manufacturing or related experience required.
+ Demonstrated leadership abilities.
+ Approximately 25% travel based on business needs.
+ A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Physical Requirements
Able to meet the following physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations:
+ Wear safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, and steel-toed shoes.
+ Climb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground.
+ Stand or walk for extended periods of time.

+ Leadership and Accountability: Ability to guide EH&S teams, set priorities, and foster a culture of safety, integrity, and inclusion.
+ Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Expertise in local and internal EH&S regulations, with skills to implement systems that ensure legal and corporate compliance.
+ Strategic Planning and Resource Optimization: Capacity to translate EH&S needs into actionable plans, define staffing requirements, and drive cost-effective implementation.
+ Communication and Coaching: Strong communication skills to coach EH&S personnel, engage stakeholders, and promote transparency across the organization.
+ Data Literacy and Continuous Improvement: Proficiency in interpreting performance metrics, conducting root cause analysis, and using data to drive safety improvements.
