Key Competencies/ Knowledge Application: • Exercises discretion and independent judgment within defined policies and procedures and applies skills and knowledge of theories and principles to understand specific needs or requirements and determine appropriate course of action. • Works under general supervision. • Normally receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. • Collaborate with colleagues and may train or mentor other employees; build productive internal/external working relationships • Strong knowledge about Handling suppliers and contractors Must Haves: • Bachelor's degree (Environmentally Safe & Healthy or Industrial Engineering pref) • 3- 5 years of experience in similar roles • English advance • Experience implementan Mexican norms (medio ambiente y seguridad laboral) and internacional standards • Implementing ISO 14001 and 45001 • Microsoft Office knowledge • Safety machine Nom-004-STPS • Experience to create training and explain others about • Experience in creating emergency plans. • Knowledge in high-risk job as working at heights, lockout & tag out, crane.
