The Bloomberg Professional service provides trading solutions and sophisticated analytics to meet these needs, all on a single platform. Bloomberg Electronic Trading Solutions (ETS) trading platforms are supported with Enterprise solutions to provide end-to-end workflows. Clients can stage, monitor, trade, allocate, and perform TCA on their trades from the Bloomberg Terminal for each asset class, while seamlessly interacting with their buy-side and sell-side Order Management Systems. What’s the Role? As a result of the continued success and rapid growth of the ETS business, we are expanding our eFX sales team to drive strategic client acquisition and account management across our FXGO franchise. We are hiring two senior sales professionals to be based in New York City. These individuals will form a key part of our FX team and play a leading role in driving the next phase of our electronic trading growth. We are looking for candidates with a strong hunter mentality—sales-focused professionals who thrive on identifying new opportunities, growing wallet share, and delivering impactful, strategic upsells. This is a high-visibility role requiring frequent travel across the USA to engage directly with clients and prospects. You will be responsible for building deep, value-driven relationships across a diverse client base, while helping clients grow and advance their business by partnering with Bloomberg for their trading, automation, and analytical needs. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Bloomberg’s Enterprise Sales teams to identify and engage relevant prospects across asset classes, with a specific focus on our FXGO electronic trading solutions. We’ll Trust You To: + Drive new client acquisition and lead strategic sales efforts across the FXGO platform + Identify and execute on upsell opportunities with existing accounts + Establish and grow relationships with FX traders and decision-makers + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategy across enterprise solutions + Travel frequently across the USA to meet with clients and prospects You’ll Need To Have: + A minimum of 5 years of experience selling electronic trading technology to financial institutions + Strong track record in FX sales with both acquisition and relationship management experience + Proven hunter mentality and ability to generate new business opportunities + Experience working directly with FX traders in a client-facing capacity + Deep knowledge of electronic trading, EMS, trading connectivity, and market structure + Understanding of relevant regulations and their impact on electronic trading workflows + Familiarity with both buy-side and sell-side trading processes + Strong project management and problem-solving skills + Excellent presentation and communication skills + Demonstrated career progression and a self-starter mindset + Willingness and ability to travel frequently This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow with a rapidly expanding team and build a long-term career at Bloomberg. Salary Range = 125000 - 185000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
