Job Description

任职要求：

1．理工科相关专业方向，2026年7月前毕业的国内外高校理工科硕士研究生，专业方向如下

①软件与计算机工程方向：软件工程，图像处理，熟练使用Java，C/C++，Python等编程语言，了解Linux OS；

②图像处理与算法方向：生物医学工程，信号处理，图像处理、优化与重建，机器学习，深度学习等专业，熟练使用Matlab；

③电子电气工程方向：机电一体化，自动化，嵌入式系统，电力电子，FPGA，嵌入式软件编程，运动控制，熟悉相关的设计和仿真验证工具；

④机械工程方向：结构件设计，机械设计与制造，运动机构，精密机械设计等；熟练使用机械设计软件如Pro-E或Solid Works；

⑤以上各个专业方向，有相关研究课题或实际工程项目经验的同学优先；可以保证较长实习时间的同学优先；

2．最短可参加8周的实习工作（每周最少4天）；

3．成绩优秀，学科基础扎实；

4．对工程研发工作有热情，希望在专业技术、产品研发的职业方向长期发展；；

5．拥有冒险精神，爱探索钻研新事物具有创新精神，拥有快速学习的能力；

6．自我驱动，自信，乐观，具有团队精神；具备分析问题、解决问题的能力

7．出色的沟通能力；

8．具备较好的英文书面和口语交流能力；

9．完成岗位规定的必要培训，和实习任务目标，并在项目结束时完成答辩或总结报告。
