任职要求
1．理工科相关专业方向，2026年7月前毕业的国内外高校理工科硕士研究生，参考的专业方向：生物医学工程、物理学、电子学与电子工程、自动化、人工智能等。
较为熟练地使用至少一种相关的工程开发工具，如：MATLAB、Simulink、Python、C/C++等。有相关研究课题或实际工程项目经验的同学优先；可以保证较长实习时间的同学优先。
2．最短可参加8周的实习工作（每周最少4天）；
3．成绩优秀，学科基础扎实；
4．对工程研发工作有热情，希望在专业技术、产品研发的职业方向长期发展；
5．拥有冒险精神，爱探索钻研新事物具有创新精神，拥有快速学习的能力；
6．自我驱动，自信，乐观，具有团队精神；具备分析问题、解决问题的能力；
7．出色的沟通能力；
8．具备较好的英文书面和口语交流能力；
9．完成岗位规定的必要培训，和实习任务目标，并在项目结束时完成答辩或总结报告。
