The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Educator I supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs. They provide impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by delivering new hire role-based training and other professional/personal development training. Their efforts involve collaborating with others to implement and monitor training related programs and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Delivery - Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.

Prepares for training delivery for in-person and remote solutionsDelivers training using various learning methodologies with moderate supervisionEncourages participation and builds learner motivationDelivers constructive feedback, escalating issues to leadership as needed

Manage Learning Programs & Evaluate Learning Impact – Participates in training projects and activities, using learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact.

Participates in projects and action plans with moderate supervisor and reviewCollaborates with leadership, program sponsors and other resourcesHelps maintain the existing Curriculum PlanAssists in analyzing and interpreting evaluation data

Instructional Design – Assists in the design and development of informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods

Participates in needs assessmentsDevelops instructional material under the direct guidance of the designer

Coordinate Training/Onboarding Activities

Assists with onboarding of new teammates and adjunct trainersReviews new hire lists and coordinates onboarding and learning advisor activitiesUpdates reporting dashboards, calendars, new hire lists and teammate trackers for their respective areas of responsibility

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area - PreferredHealthcare industry experience - PreferredEffective training and presentation skills - Required            Passion for training and people development - Required    Effective planning and time management skills - Required Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Required              Independent judgement and decision-making skills - Required             Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint - PreferredExcellent interpersonal skills - RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills – Required

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS:

Travel: up to 20%            Nights/Weekends: Infrequent but up to 10%

The Wage Range for the role is $22.00 - $32.50 per hour.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
