As a Educational campus  Security Guard, there is a high focus on Desk duties, Scheduled patrolling and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift in an Educational campus environment

Hourly wage of $ 16.25  We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent position: Saturday (0730-1830), Sunday (0730-1430) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Educational Campus Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails Ask for Photo ID for all visitors. Monitor inside and outside of facility by camera and patrols. Giving directions to visitors. Perform environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc. Contact maintenance for any lighting, heating and other problems. Contact departments for any visitors going to various offices. Various calls to departments for packages and envelopes Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches Monitor access of entryways and exit points  Point of contact with authorities and emergency services Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance Qualifications for Educational Campus Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Friendly attitude  Be able to work morning shifts Be able to extend shift or sometimes come at different times as per client request  Russian, Hebrew, language skills would be an asset. Be eligible to work in Canada
