Lincoln Tech's Indianapolis, IN campus, is seeking an Education Supervisor to oversee the multiple skilled trade programs and to help achieve Lincoln Tech's mission: To provide superior education and training to our students for in-demand careers in a supportive, accessible learning environment, transforming students' lives and adding value to their communities. This position is part of the campus management team and reports to the Academic Dean. Responsibilities for an Education Supervisor: + Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations + Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty + Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities + Manage faculty schedules and monitor student absenteeism + Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention + Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program Requirements for an Education Supervisor: + Associate degree or equivalent education management experience + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel + Teaching or Management experience is a plus!
