RESPONSIBILITIES Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department. Coordinate the planning and execution of assigned programs and events, with a primary focus on the Dazzle Awards program, based on the direction of the Education Programs Manager. Assist in the planning and execution of other Outreach Programs, based on the direction of the Senior Manager, Education Programs. Maintain the Teen Database and department archives for assigned programs and events. Serve as a liaison between department and project stakeholders for assigned programs and events. Provide assistance and support in the execution of department programs and events. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum one-to-three years’ administrative experience required. Prior event planning experience required. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule flexibility. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dropbox and related PC software.
