Education Product Manager (f/m/d) for the NAEOTOM Alpha class

Then come and join our global team as Education Product Manager (f/m/d) for the NAEOTOM Alpha class to drive knowledge transfer and technical excellence for Siemens Healthineers’ pioneering Photon Counting CT ecosystem.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for the training strategy for both global customer training and internal training of Clinical Education Specialists for the NAEOTOM Alpha class computed tomography (CT) scanners, as well as for monitoring its implementation and effectiveness.You create training materials for internal and external training, including content for the customer e-learning platform, all in close collaboration with the responsible Service Operations departments and Business Line CT teams.To ensure training capability, you clinically validate Smart Simulator packages prior to release.You design and validate customer documentation according to the project plan (e.g., customer manuals, user guides, online help, service strategy), in collaboration with Application Project Managers, and support image selection and design.You lead the Clinical Ambassador Program for photon-counting CT, including organizing newsletters, coordinating regular knowledge exchange calls, and maintaining the ambassador network.If needed, you participate in international congresses and conferences as a demonstrator.

Your qualifications and experience:

You completed a university degree in medicine, radiology or a related field.You have many years of working experience in the field of computed tomography.If you have substantial, long-standing professional experience as radiology technologist / radiographer within CT and further qualifications in this field such as MTR or as radiographer but no academic degree, your application is also highly appreciated.You have a very good clinical and application knowledge of the current photon counting CT product range.You have extensive expertise in knowledge management and knowledge sharing of complex topics.You impress with your experience in instructional design and creation of e-learning material.You are proficient in using MS Office applications; Additional experience with tools for creating video and training content is a plus.

You are fluent in English both written and spoken. German language skills are an advantage.You enjoy working in an international network and have intercultural skillsYou thrive in a collaborative team environment and consistently focus on achieving impactful, result-driven outcomes.You are customer and service oriented, have good communication skills and an autonomous and structured way of working.You take initiative and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and deliver value.
