Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).Experience: 5 years of prior teaching and/or management experience.Skills: Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.Skills: Strong people management and leadership capabilities.Skills: Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
